The ADK formula serves many functions however can be thought of as a multivitamin for maintaining health, prevention of injuries/ailments and longevity. With Vitamin D at the heart of the formula it is great for supporting the immune system. Seniors will get the most benefit from this formula. The balance of nutrients has now been refined. After careful consideration, which includes new environmental factors such as the COVID flu, we have replaced some ingredients and added some others. As a result the capsules are slightly larger now.
Iodine and Detox
There are 3 phases to consider when starting on iodine: detox, replenishment, and maintenance. During detox we recommend the cautious approach. Once detox symptoms are no longer present then we can increase the dosage for a time even above the recommended maintenance amount. Finally we settle on the maintenance phase which we recommend most users take 12.5 mg of elemental iodine daily. With more time on my hands I was able to pursue and learn about the interests and ideas I had over the years, but never had time to follow-up on, because of my busy schedule. One of my interests was in nutritional supplements because I had experienced their benefits first hand.
