Thank you for your patience and understanding. The pandemic years, growing pains and new Amazon restrictions all made it harder for us to grow this product line. We kept adapting, and we are pleased to now have three products that complement each other: Iodine, ADK and Immune Support.

What's new?
ADK is not a multivitamin. It is a focused complex: vitamins A, D3 and K2 work together to support calcium use for strong bones and teeth, and vitamin E, alpha lipoic acid and CoQ10 add antioxidant support. With vitamin D3 at the heart of the formula, ADK also supports normal immune function. Many adults, especially as we get older, look for this kind of daily support.
We have refined the balance of nutrients, replaced some ingredients and added others. As a result, the capsules are slightly larger. Here is what is in each capsule now (one capsule is one serving, 100 capsules per bottle).
Unchanged
Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate). 300 mcg RAE per capsule (about 1,000 IU). Vitamin A supports normal vision, skin and immune function.
Vitamin E (d-alpha and mixed tocopherols). 5 mg per capsule. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble antioxidant that helps protect cell membranes.
Rebalanced
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). 125 mcg (5,000 IU) per capsule. Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, bone health and normal immune function.
Vitamin K2 (MK-7, as all-trans K2VITAL). 50 mcg per capsule. K2 helps direct calcium to bones and teeth.
Alpha lipoic acid. 5 mg per capsule. Alpha lipoic acid is part of the antioxidant network. It helps recycle other antioxidants, including vitamins C and E, glutathione and CoQ10.
New ingredients
CoQ10. 3 mg per capsule. CoQ10 helps regenerate vitamin E and plays a role in cellular energy production. Together with vitamins D and K2, it supports healthy blood vessels and heart function.
Manganese (as manganese glycinate). 0.5 mg (500 mcg) per capsule. Manganese supports bone health and normal collagen formation, contributes to antioxidant defenses, and helps the body use vitamins C and E.
Boron (as boron glycinate). 100 mcg per capsule. Boron supports bone and joint health and helps the body absorb and use magnesium.
L-leucine. 75 mg per capsule. Leucine is an essential amino acid that supports muscle maintenance.
Removed
Astaxanthin. We think astaxanthin is a great complement, but we chose to make room for ingredients that fit the complex better while keeping the price down.
Vitamin C. We still recommend getting plenty of vitamin C. Since it is affordable and widely available, we did not see the value in adding it here. The alpha lipoic acid in ADK helps recycle vitamin C, both directly and by helping recycle glutathione, which in turn regenerates vitamin C.
How to take ADK
Take 1 capsule daily with food, ideally a meal that includes healthy fats or oils, since vitamins A, D, E and K2 are fat-soluble. Each bottle has 100 capsules. ADK is $30 at our Shopify store and on Amazon.
ADK is soy-free and non-GMO. If you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, have a medical condition or a blood-clotting disorder, or take blood-thinning medication, talk with your healthcare provider before using this product.
