Network Antioxidants: ALA, CoQ10 and Vitamins C and E
Some antioxidants work as a team, recycling and refreshing one another. Glutathione, alpha lipoic acid, vitamin C, vitamin E and CoQ10 make up what are called network antioxidants. Here I explain how each one helps protect cells from oxidative stress, and why we included three of them in our ADK formula.

Does Iodine Kill Gut Bacteria? Iodine and Gut Health
If iodine is antimicrobial, what does that mean for iodine and gut bacteria? It is a fair question. Most iodine is absorbed before it reaches the beneficial bacteria in the small intestine, and the form of iodine matters too. I explain why our formula favors potassium iodide and why I like probiotic foods alongside iodine.
